We strongly encourage all users to communicate and finalize bookings through the Jams Hunter platform so we can ensure you have a safe and secure booking experience. Every attempt not to do so will be considered a violation of Terms and Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension.
We recommend that Talent Hunters be smart and thorough with their own research and verification if they feel uncertain about proceeding with an Artist. And, of course, should any serious issues arise, please report them to us and we will help you resolve them.
We are in the process of building our community of Talent Hunters and Artists and evaluate every action that takes place on our platform. We have strong policies in place to make Jams Hunter a very safe platform for both Talent Hunters and Artists. Jams Hunter is completely free to use. We charge a 5% fee to Artists from every payment they get for a booking.

Jams Hunter is a very intuitive platform that enables you to browse through our listed and registered Artists. You can choose an Artist category you are interested in, even subcategories depending on the Artist type. We also enable location matching.
Yes! Just go to any Artist’s profile page and see their linked media.
Everyone who uses Jams Hunter can leave their honest opinion so that others can make informed decisions. This is permanent and cannot be changed later.
Unfortunately that can happen but we are trying to give you as much flexibility as we can, so that you can find someone else based on your preferences in case that happens. Your escrowed funds will be returned back to your account so that you can hire someone else.

No, everything is transparent on our platform. You will pay us the amount agreed upon with the Artist.
Once you and an Artist agree on a booking, you safely escrow the full amount with Jams Hunter. After the gig is completed, if you’re happy with everything, you can mark the gig as completed and release the funds to the Artist immediately. If you’re not happy with how the gig went, you can submit a dispute. Please note that funds are automatically released to Artists 14 days after the gig’s completion if you don’t take any action.

All requirements for performances and necessary equipment are to be agreed upon between an Artist and a Talent Hunter.
We understand your expertise, and our goal is to help you scale it. Jams Hunter provides a platform for you to share your expertise with more Artists, venues, and audiences. The more accessible you are, the more amazing gigs you can book.
Just select Register in the main menu under Artists. The registration process is simple and quick.
Please make sure to upload a picture that represents you in the best possible manner, write all relevant experiences or what you have to offer. Add a quality portfolio to showcase what you have to offer.
When you create your profile please make sure to write a detailed description and to select as many subcategories that clearly describe what you have to offer as possible. That way you will be spotted by Talent Hunters through our filtration search system in multiple categories.
To add a video to your profile, you will first need to upload the video to YouTube. Once uploaded, add the video by entering the Video URL in the videos section of your profile.
Please make sure that your images are not too large, our system will tell you if they are. If you are having issues linking YouTube, SoundCloud or social media accounts, get in touch via our contact form, provide screenshots and a detailed description and we will help you.
You can customize your area settings for each category you are in if you have services with unique location requirements.
When you sign up and create your profile, you will be asked to add your bank account information. This will allow Jams Hunter to send you your funds for each gig performed. If you don’t complete the bank details section you won’t be able to get gigs.
Our platform enables a high level of transparency and you are being chosen based on your profile, portfolio and rating. Make sure to make a good impression when contacted by Talent Hunters.
Until your funds are escrowed please do not regard a gig as secured. Our system helps protect Artists by enabling Talent Hunters to immediately escrow your with our platform where they will be safely kept until the gig is completed.
Regularly communicate with your Talent Hunter until the gig date. Make sure to communicate about any special requirements you or them may require.
If a dispute ticket has been raised, we will get in touch with you. But if you prefer, you can contact us via our contact form and share any relevant information.
We enable both Talens Hunters and Artists to mark the gig as complete once it’s done, that way Artists get automatically paid the same day or next working day depending on the payment method. If the Talent Hunter does not mark the gig as completed nor file a dispute ticket, the Artist will automatically be paid in 14 days.
After every completed gig the Talent Hunter will be able to mark the gig as completed. If the Talent Hunter does not mark the gig as completed nor file a dispute the Artist will automatically be paid in 14 days.
